Refractory and Ceramics Engineer
Description
This is an entry level position normally held by a recent engineering graduate. This person should have strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to help brainstorm and build unique solutions that are valuable and practical for our customers and stand out from the competition.
Responsibilities
- Making plans using detailed drawings
- Preparing estimates and budgets
- Creating accurate project specifications
- Creating technical reports for customers
- Finishing projects on time and within budget
- Communicating with clients and coworkers about analysis results
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. An Associate's degree acceptable.
- Advanced skills using Solid Works and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to communicate well in written and verbal communications.
- Design thinking for product development and enhancements.
- Motivation and commitment to providing interpersonal customer service.
- Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution.
- The ability to solve problems creatively on time.
- Having up-to-date knowledge and technical skills.
- Effective time-management & organization skills
